A great image that says a lot about iconic images. The original is almost 100 years old, but everyone seems to find a new use for it. Leonard you've captured the latest incarnation superbly - and I can see why the CEOs love it!! Well done.
This icon has been a favourite for years - Uncle Sam seems to pop up all over the place and this is a great take on the original.
I like the cropping on this image for the wording - I keep thinking "Got what?" although I get the feeling the original wording is more along the lines of "Go T. . . . " I personally would have cropped the bottom of the wall away and left a tiny bit more above his hat.
Use of camera,
The exposure looks a little over - the blacks are a little wishy washy, but not by much - maybe 1/2 stop.
Love the colours - Uncle Sam and the wording really jump out at you.
This billboard just struck me in my earlier days as a photo to take.... All the CEOs in the area love it because of its content and color. No special message to convey... see all >

How to improve your photo
Cropping is important - but try to leave a little extra around the subject just to anchor it well.
It's possible the exposure meter got a little confused by the dark jacket and yellow writing, causing the slight over exposure. Manual mode will help with this immensely. Give it a bit of a tweak in PS to pull it back a little, and see how the colours deepen.
Leonard, I'm not sure if you have a lot of these around, but could make for an interesting photo essay in the future.
