How to improve your photo
Think about what mood and emotions you are trying to portray. The color tone of the image is extremely important in wedding photos. Unless it is an alternative wedding or the image a very creative shot, the cool blue tones really don't work. To improve this image, I'd do an overall color correction in post, or you could take the photo black and white.
Correct the horizon line. When photographing any subject with a strong horizon line, make sure it is straight, your eye is immediately drawn to the horizon and it becomes a distraction from your subject.
Watch the edges of the viewfinder. Anything coming into the image can be a distraction. In this case, I know you were limited in what you could do, but choosing a different location, moving in or further to the left, you might have avoided the obstruction in the lower right corner.
When asking for a critique, upload higher resolution or larger images. The image is very pixelated and results in a severe loss of quality that prevents me from offering critique on focus and depth of field.
