Composition is very nice but if you think about the rule of thirds the sky and the land cut the image in half.

How to improve your photo
1.
Since I see that you used Photoshop, I might have cropped it down from the top a little to create a more Panoramic which would work great with the bridge.
2.
I might have adjusted the camera settings to attain more depth like getting to f16 and and 1/60 and maybe even increase the contrast a little in Photoshop.
3.
The only other thing I might have done was set the Color Balance to daylight because sometimes the Auto does not do an image like this justice.
