Great shot George, the action of in motion, (the use of animation) and risk combine gives the viewer a sense of ah ! and with five people on one motorcycle that is insane, in north America it would be illegal of course. The lighting plays also a major roll and adds to the over all impact with diagonal light rays or plugin which to me adds to the motional effect.
George, definitely a very different way to start the day and get the family around. A very thought provoking image displaying risk with a kind of logic.
George great image capturing this family in motion on a motorcycle! so animation is the first of compositional factors , second is the use of dead center, and third is the light seam that travels through the center of the image and takes a diagonal turn up or down. Not sure George if the effect of the image with what seams to be light entering the image from the top right area, or an plugin filter use. but it does add to the directional flow guiding them through the image. A few issues I have with this George, the front tire is cut off not sure if more was on the dig file. The contrast is strong and I think it could be reduced slightly to improve some detail in the faces. The person walking on the left side could be removed, but that is a matter of taste.
Use of camera,
use of all setting are well used , with one exception I suggest George perhaps the the f stop could have been opened up 1 stop to improve the density. a little lighter, or with program.
depth of filed is very good with used of f8 or less to throw the background out of focus, along with the distance of the background.
density is a little dark as mentioned above.
Focus is sharp with shutter a 1/200
Somewhere in Rajastan,07am.The rise of a new day for this beautiful family.
Not the usual procession.

How to improve your photo
what the cropping at the bottom George, not to cut off the tire, the man walking as mentioned could be removed, but that is the image makers choice.
density could be adjusted by either opening up 1 stop or adjustment in workshop.
nothing more to add
