SHOPPING FOR SABBATH
by: © GEORGE ARNON (10y expr.)
This image George leaves me with a powerful religious sediment , the rays of sun over this Orthodox man has a powerful impact portrayed to the viewer. It is a great story teller of the religious nature. excellent !
Hello George, very nicely composure using the building and table and rays of the sun to bring attention to your subject. It bring attention of an aurora over these people in the market as if the powers above are watching over them, it evokes a very strong sense of being care for and guarded so to speak, very emotional image.
compositional George there are many very great usages of factors here, first your subject is centered, and by the suns rays from the top center flow equally from both sides right and left over the people the main subject and the vegetable table displaying diagonal lines and highlighting the image on a whole. the table inclusive with diagonal lines.
Use of camera,
all settings used to complete this photo George are well thought out and used
Depth of field is excellent by way of the angle of the shot and by the f stop used to center on the main subject.
The contrast is overall is good, some detail in the jacket of the main subject and others is lacking small amounts. The main subject may I suggest George on his face could use a little density hat included again by small increments to bring out detail.
focus is sharp since the auto focus centered the focus on the main subject and threw all else out of focus.
An Orthodox man is shopping for the Sabbath - Makhane Yehuda market Jerusalem.

How to improve your photo
George very small corrections needed to the face and hat to allow for density, and less in the jacket areas' to allow for a little more detail.
